Russia to invest 150 bln rbl in alternative energy by 2024
GORKI, Moscow Region, Dec 21 (PRIME) – Russian investment in construction of alternative energy power will amount to 150 billion rubles by 2024, Energy Minister Alexander Novak said at a Monday government meeting.
“In general, results of all tenders that we have carried out until 2024 show that 1,600 megawatts of solar power stations and 3,600 megawatts of wind power stations will be launched,” he said.
“It will require about 150 billion (rubles) of investment, which will be invested very soon.”
